Grand Rapids Gymnastics is unique to the West Michigan area. We are the only gym to offer a competive USAG Girls and Boys Artistic team as well as a USAG Trampoline & Tumbling Team.

The competitive team programs at Grand Rapids Gymnastics are second to none in West Michigan! Our instructors are all Safety Certified Professional Members of USA Gymnastics and have trained numerous State, Regional and National Champions.

GRG girls and boys compete in USAG compulsory levels 4-6, as well optional levels 7-10.  Our Trampoline and Tumbling team also competes in USAG sanctioned events, from levels 4-10.  Trampoline and tumbling includes four events within its program - Power Tumbling, Synchronized Trampoline, Trampoline, and Double Mini Trampoline.  Both men and women participate in all four events.
