Come join us at Grand Rapids Gymnastics for an Open House to celebrate National Gymnastics Day September 18th from 1-3pm! The goal of National Gymnastics Day is to build awareness of gymnastics and encourage more children to live a healthy lifestyle. We will have food, crafts, prizes, face painting, a team exhibition, flip fest "where everyone learns a flip" and lots of fun!
Come back for Parent's Night Out from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm. |

Once each month during the semester GRG hosts a 3-hour special open gym event. Make this your monthly "date night"! Drop the kids off and be assured they are in a safe and fun environment for the evening...we're the cheapest and most enthusiastic sitters in town! No pre-registration necessary. 6:00pm - 9:00pm

Throughout the semester GRG is open when your kids have a scheduled day off from school. GRG has aligned fun open gym events when Forest Hills Public Schools are not in session. No pre-registration is necessary. 9:00am - 4:00pm

 | Celebrate your birthday party - at the gym!
You and as many guests as you'd like to invite will be entertained with a combination of organized fitness and gymnastics activities with our highly qualified gymnastics staff for "open gym" time. This includes jumping on the trampolines, swinging from bars, and leaping into our really cool foam pit.
Following gym time, you and your guests are welcome to use our party room, specifically set aside for your party. You may bring pizza, cake, ice cream, presents...it's up to you!
